Daily Paper is back with a new lookbook showcasing key pieces from the 2nd drop of its Spring /Summer 2016 collection. The Amsterdam based brand portrays its latest offering of wardrobe essentials through a colorful look book shot by Dutch photographer Marnix Postma.
Identity remains an important factor at Daily Paper that always finds a way to incorporate the founder’s Dutch and African heritage in its collections. For the artworks used on the patches and prints of this collection Daily Paper looked into the nomadic lifestyle of the Masaï tribe for inspiration. The graphics in this collection are Daily Paper’s contemporary take on the traditional Masaï prints.
For this collection the brand utilized a variety of technical fabrics such as water repellent nylon and technical cotton mixes to provide a mix of formal and casual looks. The collection features essential wardrobe pieces such as swim shorts, striped button-up oxford shirts and lightweight coach jackets. Usage of grey and white tones mixed with bold primary colors such as fire red and royal blue make up the color palette for this collection. A variety of mesh T-shirts are matched with swim shorts, while a selection of windbreak jackets complete the looks of this season.
The 2nd drop of the Spring/Summer collection is now available in-store or online.
